Festivals > jazzahead!

Bremen, Germany | Apr 25, 2019 - Apr 28, 2019

jazzahead! is the most important international jazz trade show, including its integrated showcase festival. Since its inception in 2006, the trade fair has been steadily growing. The showcase festival features top-class jazz from Germany, Europe and beyond and has established itself as one of the most important international networking spaces for jazz musicians.

The Australia Council for the Arts is the proud supporter of the two-year program of market development for Australian jazz in Europe, delivered in partnership by the Australian Music Centre and Sounds Australia. The project includes enhancing the Australian presence at jazzahead! in Bremen, and exploiting the Australian Music Centre’s membership of the Europe Jazz Network.

This year, come and meet the following artists and businesses from Australia and enjoy some gin cocktails at the Meet The Australians Happy Hour event. It’s happening on Friday April 26 at 5:00pm at Stand 6B19 in Messe Bremen Hall 7.
