A2IM Indie Week is a four-day international conference and networking event aimed at maximizing the global impact of Independent music. Featuring keynotes, panels, exclusive networking sessions, and more, Indie Week has historically drawn an attendance of over 1200 participants from over 30 countries. AIR & Sounds Australia have led Australian delegations to Indie Week since 2013.

Held at the New York Law School, participants will walk away with a comprehensive snapshot of the indie music industry today, and strengthened relationships within the community.

The week also coincides with the Libera Awards, hosted by A2IM. The Libera Awards is an annual awards ceremony that honours both independent musicians as well as the teams that support them, and has grown into the largest celebration of independent music in the United States. The Awards were first held in June 2012 to highlight the successes of the independent music community, and give members a chance to directly support A2IM’s efforts.

In 2021, we partnered with A2IM Indie Week for a run of digital Sounds Sessions panels.
