Jonathan Bone is a natural songsmith. His vulnerable vocals and creative guitarplay fuse indie and folk music with a heart of protest. Originally from the Welsh valleys he is now at home in the Blue Mountains, writing, producing and performing his own work. His songs explore themes of love, hurt, redemption and compassion.
“A lot of the music is what I’ve learned about life and making mistakes and fixing them. For me being honest with people and being kind, nothing matters more than that. Writing songs over the years has made my life so full because I’ve been able to express myself through music, I hope hearing them makes people feel something good.”
Jonathan is recording his debut album for release in 2021 through his independent label SongPunk. “I’m an independent artist and my wife and I run our music business together and we love it.”
